Brew Day #28 – Pilsner (3.1)

Since we were able to drink our last pilsner we are going to do it again but this time we will make sure not to stress our yeast by dry yeasting and then putting into the fridge immediately. We’ll keep you posted on the finished product and away we go!



Fermentable: Carapils (2 lbs), Pilsner (5 lbs), Pilsner LME (3.3 lbs)

Hops: Bitter – Hallertau (1oz); Aroma – Magnum (1oz), Saaz (1oz)

Extras: Yeast Nutrient & Irish moss

Estimated IBU: 20ish

Estimated ABV: 5%
