Today will be our third attempt at making a Pilsner (Pils 3.0). We learned a few lessons about the process with each failure (pay attention to fermentation temperatures and timing!!) but we hope that this time we will at least get something we can enjoy. Wish us luck! ….we need it.
Fermentable: Carapils (2 lbs), Pilsner (5 lbs), Pilsner LME (3.3 lbs)
Hops: Bitter – Hallertau (1oz); Aroma – Magnum (1oz), Saaz (1oz)
Extras: Yeast Nutrient & Irish moss
Estimated IBU: 20ish
Estimated ABV: 5%
