We enjoyed making our first partial mash Pale Ale so we decided to make a wheat version. Wish us luck!
Fermentable – Golden Light LME(3.3lbs), 2 Row(1lb), Flaked Oats(3lbs), Morris Otter (2lbs), Golden Naked Oats (1lbs)
Hops – Bitter/Cluster(1oz) & Aroma/German Hallertau (1oz)
*Note (10/25/15): It came out nice and crisp but is perfect for the spring or summer. Well defiantly be doing a rendition of this for Spring/Summer 2016!
